The Constitution Of 1991

The constitution of 1991 replaced the constitution of 1986, and it is known that is called the constitution of the human rights. It was enacted the 4 of july of 1991. His development ocurred in 1990 when of elections were held for chose to the members of a National Constituent Assembly. These people was:  Alvaro Gómez Hurtado for the conservatives, Horacio Serpa for the liberals, y A. Navarro for the M-19 and they signed the new constitution.
