Miss Colombia 1991

Paola Turbay was the winner of miss colombia in november of 1991, she was chosen by the jury, when she  was Miss Bogotá; in the second place, was Miss Risaralda, then, the first princess was Miss Antioquia, the second princess was Miss Guajira and the third princess was Miss Bolivar.
